Transferring risks: Responsible for dealing with any loss caused to client due to professional ability deficiency of employee. Payroll Service: In compliance with the service contract, MPPS professional staff calculates personnel salary and wages of customer employees, deducting relevant taxes and social insurance fees in accordance with the Mongolian laws and submit tax and social and health insurance reports to respective state authorities. Safety operation: In compliance with the client’s demand, involve employees to the basic labor safety induction; provide those uniform, helmet and safety boots and safety other things, also including pre-employment medical check. Labor discipline: Any employee who is sent by MPPS signs the employee contract with MPPS LLC. According to client’s requests disciplinary actions are taken by MPPS incompliance with the Mongolian labor codes. In case of the employees termination, MPPS immediately replace another personnel who has same skill with the terminated personnel.
