• Prepare, update, and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily work plans
• Track key project planning activities.
•  Provide updated planning information to the client, cross-functional teams, MRP, and SRP.
• Develop weekly plans for cross-functional and support (ground support) teams.
• Use specialized design and planning software to prepare schedules that comply with client requirements.
• Support the superintendent, project manager, senior mine engineers, and shift supervisors as directed by the senior engineer.
• Coordinate closely with the maintenance team on all equipment-related issues.
• Manage fleet planning and equipment scheduling.
• Attend required meetings and briefings.
• Respond promptly to urgent tasks and situations.
• Provide technical support and advice on equipment needs and requirements.
• Analyze conditions for potential equipment laydown and storage areas.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor standard reports, manuals, and asset records.
• Lead and maintain a safe and reliable working environment, including the preparation and archiving of post-blast rock haulage documentation and related operational records.
• Promote and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with all team members and project stakeholders.
• Conduct operational data analysis and generate improvement initiatives based on data insights 

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics within a construction or mining environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong reporting skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Ability to read and interpret mine plans related to ground support, ventilation, and blasting.
• Skilled in data analysis and maintaining records and reports for mining operations.
• Adaptable to changing operational conditions and environments

Site-based role

Roster: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off

In addition to the below-mentioned base salary, we provide
