- Manage and support financial systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement system improvements in collaboration with IT and finance teams.
- Analyze financial data for consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance for system users.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support financial decision-making.
- Drive data quality improvements and participate in business process workshops.
- Support change management efforts, including training materials and communications.
- Ensure thorough documentation of systems and procedures.
Job requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems analysis, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Experience with financial system upgrades or ERP implementations.
- Skilled in Power BI with advanced abilities in data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development, along with strong data analysis skills, experience integrating data from sources
- Excel and SQL databases, and proficiency in SQL for reporting.
- Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading financial system implementation and upgrade projects.
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CISA) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and identify trends and anomalies.
- Knowledge of data integration, financial reporting, and compliance standard.
