The HR Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing the day-to-day human resources operations of a management company, including recruitment, selection, on-boarding and employee relations.
Ability to independently manage daily HR activities related to recruitment, selection, and employee relations;
Proficient in preparing and maintaining HR documentation in accordance with labor regulations;
Solid understanding of the Labor Law and relevant legal frameworks, with the ability to apply them effectively in practice;
Proactive and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
