Purpose;
The Sales Manager to increase corporate client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the hotel. The Sales Manager services new and existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
Main duty and responsibilites;
- Responsible for corporate & travel agent room sales for the hotel
- Identify new markets & business opportunities and increase sales
- Conducts daily sales calls & arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients
- Able to provide quick and timely responces, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales teamto acquire new business and/or close on business
- Builds & strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertaiment, FAM trips, exhibitions, etc
- Manages and develops realtionships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Acquiring& developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
- Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer service experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Diploma with business administration, Sales & Marketing field
- Prior hotel sales experience preffered
- Well knowledge hospilaity service
- Excellent speaking and writing in english
- Right attitude & passionate
