• Take minutes of major meetings, and team briefing meetings.
• To register and track tenant's official request and letter.
• To record tenants agreements including appendix, public insurance and brand gurantee
• To communicate with co-workers, management, tenants, and all outside contractors in a courteous and professional manner
• To provide potential tenants and customers with the required information about the property and its leasing terms
• To report leasing and marketing-related issues to the department head in a timely manner

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in commerce or marketing or a Degree in business administration with specialization in real estate development from an accredited institutions.
• Experience in property management to acquire clients and seal the deal.
• Professionalism and punctuality
• Knowledge in property market, especially in retail area is a plus
• Attention to details
• High negotiation skills and ability to meet clients' needs
• Self-motivation and patience
• Excellent communication skill both in Mongolian and English
• Ability to process the document properly
• Well organized with ability to prioritize the multi-task
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package and knowledge of internet usage, e-mail and social media
