We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team and lead the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language.

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart

• Develop and maintain user interface components following best practices and Flutter/Dart workflows

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering leads to align development with business objectives

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback as part of the CI/CD cycle

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s overall technical growth

• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications

• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

• 2+ years of commercial experience developing and delivering Flutter-based applications

• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, Flutter flavors, and development best practices

• Proficiency in Dart and experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
