Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager who will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across all journeys, leading and mentoring the operations team, and ensuring each guest experience exceeds expectations. This is a key leadership role with a clear path to becoming General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trip operations and execution—from pre-arrival preparations to post-trip follow-ups.

• Maintain and elevate WildMongolia’s quality standards across logistics, services, and guest experience.

• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with travel designers and product development to ensure trip feasibility and logistical alignment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, guides, and regional partners.

• Identify and implement systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.

• Handle high-pressure problem-solving during trip operations with grace and speed.

• Play a key role in internal culture-building, team alignment, and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in travel, hospitality, or event execution.

• Proven leadership and team-building experience; ability to lead from the front.

• Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mongolian and English.

• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity.

• Passion for Mongolia, its culture, and commitment to high-end travel experiences.

• Experience working with international clients and luxury service standards is a strong plus.
