Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant subject or in education: Possessing a recognized undergraduate or advanced degree in a related field or education.
Proficiency in spoken and written English: Demonstrating a strong command of the English language both verbally and in written communication.
Genuine interest in working with children: Displaying a sincere passion and enthusiasm for working with young learners.

ESM follows a 12-month salary schedule, ensuring that Teaching Assistants receive compensation not only during the summer vacation but also during autumn, winter, and spring breaks. This provides financial stability and support throughout the year.
If the Teaching Assistant is willing to organize and oversee an after-school club on a weekly basis, there is an opportunity to earn additional salary.
