• Communicating student information: Regularly sharing pertinent information about student progress and requirements with students, colleagues, and parents, with the prior approval of the teacher.

• Encouraging student participation in ESM club activities: Motivating and inspiring students to actively engage in various club activities offered by ESM.

• Ensuring student safety and maintaining hygiene standards: Taking necessary precautions and measures to guarantee the safety, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards for ESM students during school hours.

• 1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant subject or in education: Possessing a recognized undergraduate or advanced degree in a related field or education.

  2. Proficiency in spoken and written English: Demonstrating a strong command of the English language both verbally and in written communication.

  3. Genuine interest in working with children: Displaying a sincere passion and enthusiasm for working with young learners.

ESM is seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic, and forward-thinking Teaching Assistant to join our Junior School. The ideal candidate will commence on August 11, 2025, for the academic year 2025-2026.

ESM follows a 12-month salary schedule, ensuring that Teaching Assistants receive compensation not only during the summer vacation but also during autumn, winter, and spring breaks. This provides financial stability and support throughout the year.

If the Teaching Assistant is willing to organize and oversee an after-school club on a weekly basis, there is an opportunity to earn additional salary.
