Job Purpose: This role encompasses developing and delivering classroom and on the job training with supplemental training programs that encompass automotive service and repair, fostering a deep understanding of automotive systems, diagnostic techniques, and industry best practices as for Fix It Right.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of service technicians and students.
• Deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and hands-on training sessions covering automotive service and repair processes.
• Provide practical, hands-on instruction in automotive diagnostics, repair techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct assessments of student knowledge and skills through practical exams, written tests, and projects by providing constructive feedback to encourage student development and improvement.
• Foster partnerships with automotive partnership and technical universities to ensure that training programs align with industry needs and standards.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices within the training environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct safety orientations.
• Serve as a mentor to students and technicians, providing guidance on career development and industry pathways. Advocate for student needs and address any challenges they may encounter during training.
• Manage inventory of training materials and supplies, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
• Stay updated on current automotive technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance training programs.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service technician in the automotive industry, with a strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.

• Previous teaching or instructional experience, especially in a technical or vocational setting, is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus);
• Exceptional communication skill in Mongolian, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
