Check staff attendance, grooming, and readiness.
Inspect cleanliness and setup of all F&B outlets.
Ensure menus are clean, updated, and available.
Monitor service across outlet.
Support staff during peak hours, help with guest interactions.
Ensure service standards and SOPs are followed.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Understanding of POS systems, inventory control, and basic budgeting.
Familiarity with menu planning, cost control, and ordering processes.
