- Greet all visitors, provide directions, and ensure a professional first impression.
- Keep coffee, tea, sugar, and related supplies stocked and presentable.
- Monitor stock, check quantity/quality against purchase terms, and verify acceptance acts.
- Allocate vehicles for staff based on system-submitted requests and track usage.
- Provide copying, scanning, and text-typing assistance to staff when required.
- Book, prepare, and ensure the cleanliness of meeting rooms; coordinate cleaning staff.
- Log all incoming/outgoing post and courier items; track delivery status if needed.
- Act as a single point of contact between Huawei staff and the building maintenance team—log complaints and follow up to resolution.
- Review and route invoices for stationery, courier services, and drinking water.
- Arrange translation and notarization of documents via approved vendors.

Fluent English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
Prior experience in administrative or office-management roles is preferred.
