Purpose of the Position:
The IT System Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving computer systems for the organization. System Analyst is required to work outside standard hours to oversee upgrades or fixes, ensuring there is minimal interruption to business. Accuracy, logic and an ability to communicate complex ideas to others is of utmost importance. As well as performing the IT System Analyst responsibilities, the Service Leader – IT System Analyst acts as a support for the IT department, and assist the IT Manager in maintaining and supervising the daily IT operations; ensuring the discretionary usage of IT related matters of all system users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Analyze system how the existing systems in the various departments is working for the departments and how well the system is supporting the organizations
- Review and assess needs to make improvements, taking into consideration; Cost effectiveness; Manning efficiency; Adhere to Group policies.
- Need to prepare the guidelines which help ensure that employees and team members understand how to use systems, processes, and tools effectively.
- Performs other administrative duties as required by the General Manager, Operations if needed.
- Always conduct your job with concern for the environment and its resources. Where practical and possible, reduce use of items, re-use whenever possible and recycle those items that can be recycled.

- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science or other related field from accredited institutions.
- Experience and proficient in working with Computer Hardware, Software and other related applications.
- Excellent in written, social and communicative skills in Mongolian and English.
- Knowledge of general IT and other hardware.
- 3 to 5 years prior or related work experience or have worked as a programmer in a group company.
- Other related specific technologies or methodologies would be an advantage.
