Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and project outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics.
Support project planning and execution by aligning business needs with technical solutions.
Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure documentation is updated and accessible.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or consulting.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
Advanced English language proficiency.
