This role builds financial models, analyzes data, prepares management reports, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. Requires strong analytical skills, banking finance expertise, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights for growth and stability.

Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Econometrics, or other quantitative fields;

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in banking or FI sector;

Solid understanding of banking ledgers and financial reporting standards;

Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), PowerPoint, and other analytical tools;

High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

Strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments and supports knowledge sharing;

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights;
