Essential Job Functions: 

• Perform daily duties in accordance with the instructions of the OT management.
• Ensure and control scheduled inspection and maintenance service and its log book of lifting equipment, require to be corrected if any misconduct shortly, ensure the integrity of the crane, its tracks, shift equipment, and containers through regular physical inspections
• Conduct a survey of expired service lifting equipment and take action to register technical verification.
• Conduct to crane operators, and riggers to comply with the standard procedure of maintenance and another service on the bridge and stretch conveyor
• Comply with the official requirement of the State Inspection Agency and its lifting equipment consumption and safety control officer.
• Analyzes lifting equipment systems to diagnose components and provide needed repairs/rebuilds.
• Diagnoses defects on mobile lifting equipment and other stationary equipment to determine needed component rebuilds.
• Maintains work area, tools, and equipment to ensure the availability and proper functioning of equipment.
• Reads, understands and applies electrical and hydraulic schematics to perform needed repairs/replacements within specifications.

General qualification

Diploma / Trade

• 2 or more years of experience
• Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering

 Other requirements

MS Word, Outlook, PPE and Excel

Fluent in English verbal & written

• Equipment, machinery maintenance knowledge and experience (electrical and mechanical)
• Mining section experience shall be an advantage
• Experience in lifting and mobile equipment maintenance
• Leadership, knowledge of lifting equipment MGL rules
• Driving license B and C class
