Creating, updating, and maintaining all contracts with staff, contractors, and vendors.
Ensuring that FIRE Projects follows all labor laws and participates in training updates as needed.
Financial Reporting and Oversight
Calculating employees’ monthly salary and taxes.
As needed, make all payments to employees, contractors, and vendors via bank transfer and cash payments.
Maintaining all financial records and receipts in accordance with Mongolian law and per FIRE Projects’ headquarters’ and grant funders’ expectations.
Working with an outside accounting firm for financial matters, tracking and reporting, and regular financial audits.
Budget and Cost Management:
Leading the development of program budgets and specific project tracking as needed and directed by the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and grant requirements.
Monitor and control costs, ensuring operations stay within budget while meeting quality standards.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and service providers.
Operational Planning and Coordination:
Plan and direct daily operations, including strategic and daily planning with the team.
Optimize operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the procurement, transportation, and storage of supplies for the office and field activities.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics providers.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all logistics and operational activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance purposes, including contracts, permits, and certifications.
