- Sell tour packages and car rental services online and over the phone.
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of tour packages and car rental services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while maintaining customer satisfaction and service reliability.
- Address customer needs, requests, and complaints, taking necessary corrective actions when required.
- Communicate and collaborate with financial and relevant departments to meet customer requests and requirements.
- Provide necessary support and assistance to customers during their rental or tour experience.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Job requirements

At least 2 years of experience in customer service within an international or service-oriented organization.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and workload management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Knowledge of coordinating daily customer service operations.
- Proactive, motivated, and open-minded.
- Proven work experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
