Ensure the training activities of Transwest Mongolia LLC comply with laws, company policies, procedures, client expectations, and societal needs. This role provides advisory support to the department's employees and ensures the department operates in alignment with the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance objectives. The role also will involve providing support and overseeing the activities of the Transwest Mongolia Technical Institute.

 Oversee specific OHSE activities, including:

• Develop and implement all employees' training programs and leadership initiatives in alignment with the organization's HSE strategic plan.
• Continuously develop and improve HSE and High-Risk training programs.
• Advise the management team on implementing HSE and High-Risk training programs and ensure the accreditations of TM Training Institute.
• Collaborate closely with the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, and OHSE team.
• Ensure operations comply with domestic and international legal standards, including OHSAS18001 and ISO45001

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on health, safety, environmental regulations, and high-risk activities (e.g., working with heavy machinery, hazardous chemicals, construction sites, etc.).
• Tailor training materials to different employee levels, including new hires, supervisors, and senior management.
• Keep training content current by staying up to date with changes in legislation, industry standards, and emerging risks.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions both on-site and off-site as required.
• Use various training techniques (e.g., demonstrations, role-playing, simulations, and workshops) to engage participants and ensure full understanding of safety practices.
• Deliver specific high-risk safety training related to machinery operation, confined space entry, fall protection, firefighting, electrical safety, and hazardous materials handling.
• Advise on the implementation of safety measures and ensure all employees understand and follow these practices.
• Ensure that all training meets the legal and regulatory requirements and complies with internal safety standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements or new methods as needed.
• Maintain records of training sessions, certifications, and evaluations for audit and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback to management on safety concerns or improvements that can be made based on training assessments and feedback from trainees.
• Develop and deliver follow-up training or refresher courses based on incidents to prevent recurrence.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Obtained the right to implement training activities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Possess 3 or more years of experience in HSE and training sector. Experience in the mining industry is an advantage.vv
• Strong understanding of mechanical and maintenance operations.
• Ability to manage employees' daily operations effectively.
• Skilled in communication and conflict resolution, capable of collaborating with the Management team.
• Holds a Certificate 4 in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Additionally, capable of using digital HSE management and reporting systems.
