Responsibilities
- Cooperating with Sales Mangers and Product Mangers to monitor all type of product import orders fulfilllment status.
- Forecast and Preparation of shipment and logistics plan.
- Assist Product Mangers in demand planning, Available supply

- Receiving (processing) and sending orders from Sales team to Supply center.
- Control of shipment (quality and deadlines).
- Preparation of additional files/documents (labeling, packing list, information letters etc.) required for shipment.
- Monitoring customs clearances process and providing needed assistance for customers.
- Control of compliance (and developing new ones) with existing additional requirements for shipments to customers.

Requirements and skills

Work experience in a similar position (logistics management or international trade) for at least 3 years
1. Knowledge and experience of logistics management or international trade.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
4. Good computer and database skills, ability to work with basic Office programs.

5. English fluency is mandatory, Chinese advantage
