Making sure all parts are accurately quoted and sold according to the proper price escalations and procedures
Supervise all sales invoices are released on time and sent to accounts payable to process to Customers
Liaise with Finance team and PSSRs regarding customers’ payment and credit limits
Interpretation of customer’s parts and component requirements by use of electronic parts manuals
Advises the inventory team about parts sales forecast and movements
Making sure all prices are applied to correct product and correct customer
Contacting and communicates with KAC HME team in regard of pricing and pricing adjustments
Adding new items into system when needed and making sure proper margin is applied
Advising possible discounts for parts when needed
Prepares reports and analysis for parts sales and pricing:
Being responsible for training and developing staff
Making sure all Parts department staff comply with all related the company safety procedures
Leading weekly workplace inspection
Creating and following up the Extends issues on sales area
Responsible for daily parts counting conducted by inventory control team
Responsible for the annual wall to wall stock take
Must participate weekly RAR meeting within your workgroup
Must maintain good communication between different workgroups within parts department & reman team at the service department
Job requirements
3-5 years’ experience preferably in an industrial mining equipment environment
Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and ERP system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop, negotiate and administer Customer enquiries
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and complete projects
Ability to work independently and/ or as part of a team
Knowledge of company and customer standards and procedures as applicable to parts sales
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
Ability to make decisions
