- Ensure all construction schedules are well maintained and updated;
- Collaborate with Resident Engineers on the construction progress
- Ensure received schedules of contractors are adequately reviewed. In particular, ensure that Contractor`s Program and network analysis indicates the logical sequences of activities e.g. design, procurement and construction activities for each section of the works and identify any critical path (incl. floats) that could hinder the progress of the works.
- Create an effective notification system for the schedule delays and floating. In case of delays in the Contactor`s Work, remake recommendations to the Resident Engineers and Projects Manager for necessary action, e.g. requesting the Contractor to submit a detailed recovery plan along with a recovery schedule, in case of prolonged delays
- Overall responsibility for the construction schedule monitoring. Prepare and update regularly progress charts based on Critical Path Matrix/ Program Evaluation and Review Technique (CPM / PERT) for purposes of effective project monitoring and regular reports. Highlight the variances impacting the contract milestones and overall Time for Completion of each contract
- Compare regularly the Contractor`s Program with the progress of works as observed on sites. Discuss and present the resulting documents with the Resident Engineers for appraisal during the site meetings with the Contractor and in the monthly progress meeting with the Client
- Provide technical input into the real time monitoring system
- Collects data of field performance and reports it to the higher management
- Engage in collective activities initiated by the team members with the same level of position
- Assisting international experts with a technical support
Job requirements

Knowledge and Skills:
- Moderate in English
- Well-developed analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the Oracle Primavera P6
Desirable:
- Diverse knowledge of civil engineering branches
