Daily Dispatch & Driver Management – Allocate company or rental vehicles to staff, create efficient schedules, and supervise drivers.

Vehicle Tracking – Monitor real-time location, utilization, and route efficiency through GPS or fleet-management systems.

Fuel Administration – Oversee petroleum refills and fuel-card usage in line with the car-rental contract; prevent abuse and optimize costs.

OBD Data Preservation – Collect, archive, and flag diagnostic data (engine codes, mileage, etc.) for preventive maintenance.

Weekly / Monthly Reporting – Produce fleet-performance reports (usage, cost, incidents) for management review.

Single Point of Contact – Serve as the liaison between drivers and the car rental company, logging complaints, tracking service requests, and ensuring timely resolution.

End-to-End Vehicle Care – Coordinate registration, insurance, maintenance, accident handling, and any other car or driver issues.

Strong service mindset – courteous, solution-oriented, and reliable.

Genuine interest in fleet dispatch & driver management.

Fluent English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.

Excellent organization and time-management skills – able to respond quickly and close tasks on schedule.

Bonus points for: experience with GPS/TMS software, clean driver’s license, knowledge of local road‐safety regulations.
