We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with wellness centers and distributors. This role involves strategic planning, training program development, and expanding our network to enhance market presence and client success.
Business Growth: Identify and onboard new wellness centers and distributors, ensuring alignment with Kimyste’s mission.
Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for partners, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and business best practices.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support, resolving challenges, and fostering long-term collaborations.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine strategies and training content.
Performance Tracking: Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and business development efforts, adjusting approaches as needed.
3+ years in business development, sales, or account management (wellness, beauty, medical or distribution industries preferred).
Proven experience in planning and delivering training programs (corporate or partner-focused).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed to meet partners and conduct training sessions.
