Ensure that BWM activities comply with all related occupational health, safety, and environmental laws and standards.
Initiate and take part in organizing activities and analyzing incidents and hazard data to eliminate fatalities and injuries in workplaces.
Together with the SHEQ team members fortify and continuously strengthen the health and safety culture of the company.
Job requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety management or environmental science or heavy machinery field.
Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist is a plus.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in the mining industry.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mongolian.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
