A strategic leadership role responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the company’s branding, marketing, and communication strategies. This position requires deep expertise in brand development, market positioning, digital and trade marketing, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth and enhance brand equity in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and optimize the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring full alignment with internal brand standards and vendor brand guidelines to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging.
Lead the full-cycle development of content and digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting online sales performance and user acquisition for the MSM Betastar application, with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategy and return on investment (ROI).
Mentor and develop a high-performing branding and marketing team, overseeing the execution of campaigns, promotions, and brand activations with a focus on creativity, brand consistency, and measurable impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in branding, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in brand building and market expansion.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, trade marketing, and integrated campaign development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is required.
