• Ensure full awareness and compliance with Mongolian laws and regulations related to health, safety, and the environment.

• Liaise with local government agencies and stakeholders to secure necessary permissions and approvals concerning fire safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct on-site inspections to identify hazardous conditions and provide corrective recommendations for compliance with safety standards.

• Develop and implement training programs for local workers, subcontractor employees, and vehicle operators to reinforce HSE compliance.

• Lead Toolbox Talks (TBT) for local MEIL and subcontractor employees, promoting a culture of safety and operational awareness.

• Maintain and update required HSE records in accordance with Mongolian legal requirements.

• Monitor workplaces for adherence to established safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Design and execute strategic health and safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational business goals.

• Provide expert guidance on HSE documentation, policies, and compliance standards.

• Stay informed on industry developments, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of best practices in safety and health management.

• Collaborate on the development of strategic plans to improve workplace health, safety, and environmental sustainability.

• Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication and adherence to legislative requirements.

Educational Background: Graduate, Certificate cources in HSE or a related field, (Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Engineering is preffered)

• Experience: Preferably Min. 2 Yrs within Mongolian Construction industries, Proven track record in HSE compliance.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Mongolian HSE laws and standards.

• Communication & Training: Effective communication skills to interact with government entities, stakeholders, and employees.

It will be an advantage if you have attended following courses of Zangia Academy and received a certificate.
