Collaborate with the headquarter to identify and analyze business improvement opportunities and process risks.

Maintain documentation and protocols related to business improvement and controls.

Support development of operational test plans, identify control gaps, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with policies, recommend updates, and help strengthen internal control environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CISA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or compliance, with a strong understanding of control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to assess and enhance internal controls and manage risk effectively.
- Expertise in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices.
- Strong judicial, analytical, and numerical skills, with the ability to identify and reacts to emerging issues, develop solutions, and drive improvements.
- Proficient in reporting and presenting data in various formats, with outstanding planning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Certified compliance professional (e.g., JSOX certification) is a plus.
