1. Responsible for on-site supervision and technical support of fiber optic cable direct-buried and duct installation.

2. Review and validate construction plans, cable routing, trench depth, manhole positions, etc.

3. Supervise quality of trenching, cable laying, backfilling, splicing, OTDR testing, etc.

4. Ensure compliance with design drawings, contract specifications, and safety & quality standards.

5. Coordinate construction teams and solve on-site technical and coordination issues.

6. Maintain construction logs, material inspection records, and documentation of hidden works.

7. Assist project manager in project acceptance and handover documentation preparation.

1. Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in fiber optic route construction, familiar with direct-buried, duct, or aerial deployment.

3. Skilled in fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and basic fiber handling; hands-on field experience preferred.

4. Knowledge of construction laws and subcontracting regulations, with awareness of compliance issues.

5. Able to read construction drawings and technical specs, with strong reporting and communication skills.

6. Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods, strong field problem-solving ability.

7. Language: Basic proficiency in Chinese or English for communication with site teams and documentation.

· Experience in large-scale backbone fiber optic projects.

· Familiarity with GYTA53 cable structure and installation.

· Holder of telecom engineer or safety supervisor certificates.

· Able to use CAD, OTDR, and optical power meter tools.

· Overseas or multilingual project experience is a plus.
