Role Overview:
As a Travel Designer intern, you will work closely with our team to design bespoke travel experiences that reflect WildMongolia's commitment to luxury and sustainability. From creating detailed itineraries to collaborating with local stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to shape every aspect of the journey for our clients. You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to ensure that each experience reflects our brand’s vision.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing bespoke, high-end travel itineraries tailored to the interests and preferences of discerning travelers.
• Support communication and coordination with local communities, guides, and service providers to ensure authentic and meaningful experiences.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop inspiring content, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Participate in client communications, helping to ensure a smooth journey from initial inquiry through to post-trip follow-up.
• Research and stay current on travel trends, contributing fresh and creative ideas to enhance guest experiences.
• Help with logistics coordination, including booking accommodations, transport, and special arrangements to ensure seamless travel operations.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for travel and a genuine appreciation for Mongolian culture, nature, and traditions.

• Interest or background in travel design, tourism, hospitality, or a related field (prior experience is a plus but not required).

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable working in both client-facing and team-oriented settings.

• Creativity and a talent for storytelling, with a desire to craft memorable journeys.

• Proficiency in English is required (additional languages are an advantage).
