The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional business instructor to inspire and educate our undergraduate students across a dynamic portfolio of courses including:

• Macroeconomics & Microeconomics - Shape economic thinking for Mongolia's emerging business leaders
• Project Management - Equip students with practical skills for real-world implementation
• Leadership - Develop the next generation of ethical, innovative leaders
• Cultures in Business - Foster global perspectives in an increasingly connected world
• Strategic Management - Build critical thinking for navigating complex business challenges

We are specifically seeking a Mongolian citizen for this position. Education or work experience in the United States, Europe, Canada, or Australia/New Zealand is a plus.

Your Impact

Teaching 12-15 hours per week, you'll engage with ambitious students eager to transform their country's economic landscape. Each semester (September-December and January-May) brings fresh opportunities to teach different courses, keeping your work dynamic and intellectually stimulating.

• Fluent in English
• Masters degree or PhD in business, finance, accounting or other business field
• Experience teaching is a plus but not required
• High ethics
