Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our automotive products and services, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales in a competitive market.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies by collaborating with Sales & Marketing Manager and other Managers to align with company strategy and goals.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities of BMW/ MINI/ MAZDA brands to increase brand awareness.
• Organize events, exhibitions, and test-drive campaigns to engage potential customers.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns for a targeted customer segments.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Stay updated on automotive industry developments and innovative marketing techniques.
• Manage marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation.
• Participate in relevant BMW, MINI, and Mazda training programs and pursue ongoing self-development to enhance understanding of vehicle evaluations and brand-specific features.
• Hold regular meetings with sales team to review target agreements, provide feedback, and assess progress toward achieving objectives.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals for Marketing team members, including establishing individual development plans to support their growth and professional development.

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Computer literacy / affinity for digital media /CRM
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, dealership networks, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
