The Role

We are looking for talented and passionate Full Stack Developers, Mobile App Developers, and UI/UX Developers to join our growing team in Ulaanbaatar. You will work closely with colleagues across our outbound HQ and cross-functional departments including Marketing, Data Analytics, Sales, Tour Operations, and International Relations.

Location: Ulaanbaatar office or Remote

• Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable and responsive web and mobile applications
  • Translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma and Photoshop into functional front-end code
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and payment gateways (Stripe, QPay, etc.)
  • Optimize performance across web and mobile platforms
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and deployment cycles
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams

• Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Bonus: Proficiency in multiple languages (especially Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, or Vietnamese)

• Technical Skills

  Frontend:

  • React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Next.js
  • Accessibility and performance optimization

  UI/UX:

  • Experience translating Figma/Photoshop into production-ready React components
  • Able to Sketch a design from scratch

  Backend:

  • Node.js, REST APIs, server-side development
  • Integration with payment gateways

  Mobile Development:

  • React Native or Flutter
  • iOS, Android, or Hybrid app development

  DevOps & Infrastructure:

  • Vercel (CI/CD), GitLab, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Authentication via Auth0 or similar OAuth-based systems
  • AWS or equivalent cloud platforms
