Job Title: Service Engineer (Mongolia)

Main Responsibilities:
Equipment Installation and Commissioning:
Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of SANY equipment in accordance with company standards.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment operations. Provide timely maintenance and repair services.

Customer Support:
Offer technical assistance and training to customers and operators to ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment.

Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare service reports, collect feedback from clients, and report common problems to the technical department for continuous improvement.

Spare Parts Coordination:
Assist in identifying spare parts and coordinating with the spare parts team to ensure timely delivery.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all service activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and internal policies.

Travel and Field Work:
Willing to travel to customer sites across Mongolia for equipment service and support.

Other Duties as Assigned:
Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors or the regional office.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance.

Language: Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing); Mongolian or Chinese is a plus.

Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, communication skills, and hands-on technical expertise.

Others: Ability to work under pressure, travel frequently, and adapt to multicultural environments.
