The Country Service Manager is overall responsible for the commercial and operational
management of the Service network in the country.
● Lead the planning, ramp-up and management the Service network
● Lead a team responsible for Repair, Customer service and Supply chain
Operations
● Represents AMS in the Country management organization.
The key objective is to ensure the Service network delivers a fast and high quality
service at the right cost.
Target is to increase consumer retention and maintain a sustainable and profitable
Service network
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management.
Master’s degree will be a plus but not mandatory
Experience: 10 years relevant experience in Repair Operations Management or
Customer Care Management or Service Center Management
● Good understanding of high volume process and performance management in low
cost environment
● Proven experience in out-sourcing and Vendor Management (Commercial,
Relationship & Performance management)
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local language towards
all levels
● Able to work independently and cross functionally with a start-up mentality
● Good influencing skills across organizational and cultural boundaries
● Good understanding of Reverse supply chain operations and Circular Business
model
● Good understanding of IT tools, Repair and Refurb tools
● Good understanding of country and consumer legislations
● Strong English and local communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
● Project Management skills, certifications will be a plus
The manager is expected to work on-site and travel regularly to all service locations.
Requires minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience.
